The Chilcoot Conference Centre at Silver Star Club Resort is the ideal site for meetings, conferences, small conventions, banquets, retreats, reunions, Christmas parties or weddings. Our location in the heart of Silver Star Mountain Village provides easy access to all mountain facilities, including shopping, dining, and on-mountain activities. We provide one-stop shopping for meeting space, accommodation, catering and seasonal recreation activities.
The Chilcoot Conference Centre can accommodate groups year round, from 10 to 350 people, with 3000 square feet of meeting space. The large ballroom can be separated into three separate workshop areas, plus the Citadel Room is available to meet breakout requirements. The Citadel Room is also available for board meetings or round table discussions. The Chilcoot Lobby is ideal for coffee breaks, luncheons and pre-function receptions.
Audio / Visual equipment can be arranged by our staff from a local A/V production company. Please indicate you're AV needs in advance to insure supply.
Our full service culinary team, working from full service kitchens, has developed a selection of menus for all meals and occasions.
