The resort's signature restaurant, is located on the lobby level of the Vance Creek Lodge, overlooking Silver Star Village and surrounded by other Silver Star accommodations. Led by Executive Chef Bill Sudo, Silver Star Club Resort's culinary team presents outstanding dining in a classic Victorian atmosphere, featuring fusion cuisine and Northwest favorites, complimented by classic Canadian beef and veal. After dinner, sample from our unique dessert menu, while enjoying one of our famous flaming coffees!
The Fireside Lounge is adjacent to Clementine's, and is the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite cocktail and catch up on the day's events or plan the evening adventure.
