Winter at Silver Star is pure excitement and enjoyment for boarders and skiers alike. Each year, over 27 feet of dry Okanagan “champagne powder” blankets the area and comfortable daytime temperatures average -3 C, (or 27 F) keeping the snow light and fluffy. The varied terrain, from gentle to formidable and powder to impeccably groomed runs, provide a challenge for all. Discover the long rolling cruisers of the Vance Creek side of the mountain or play on the Putnam Creek, the “wild side”.
